You may install your account on multiple devices, however the number of connections purchased with your subscription equals the number of devices that
can actively be streaming UrbanIPTV at any time. We offer the ability to purchase up to 5 connections with each subscription.

Our service is compatible with a range of devices, including Amazon Fire TVs & Firesticks, Android TVs, Boxes, Phones, Tablets, Google Chromecast, and the Bluestack Android Emulator.

After initial purchase of service and setup, you are always welcome to contact us to adjust your desired categories for your service. Our current list of categories consists of:

If you are facing buffering while streaming or the channels keep freezing, there are several reasons this why can happen.

Reason 1: Streaming on more than allowed Connections:

One of the major mistakes that most customers do is that they log in and use their account on more than the allowed connections. If you have more than one device and wish to use all these devices simultaneously, then multi-connections is available for purchase that will allow you to stream on multiple devices simultaneously.

Reason 2: Application Caches

If you are using IPTV Smarters or any other IPV app for too long then the app will start creating cache files on your device. These caches include Thumbnails for Movies/Series/Channels, Links, and several other things.

The caches are good at some point because they help the content to load faster as they are already downloaded into your system. But things get worse when you are running low on storage or don’t stream the same Channels/TV Shows or Movies.

Therefore you have to clear the caches each time you launch the app and it only takes 5 seconds, that’s all.

Fix:

Here are the steps for some devices that you can follow to clear caches:

Android Based TVs/Device:

Go to Settings > Applications > IPTV Smarters (or any other app you have installed) > Hit Clear Caches.

Firestick/FireTV Cube:

Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Xtreme HD IPTV (or the app you are using)  > Hit Clear Caches.

Reason 3: Running Low on Storage

Another major reason why you are getting buffering & freezing issues is that your device might be running low on Storage or doesn’t have enough Ram to manage the IPTV application.

Fix:

You have to uninstall the apps that are not being used or else delete some downloaded files from File Manager in order to free up some storage.

To uninstall the app on Android-based TVs follow these instructions:

Go to Settings > Applications > Find the app that is not used and Select it > hit Uninstall option > hit Confirm to Uninstall it.

Instructions for Firestick/FireTV Cube:

First of all, Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > From here Choose the App that you no longer use > then hit Uninstall option > when prompted just hit Uninstall again.

Reason 4: Having Too Many Channels.

Having 19,000+ channels is great as you will never run out of content to watch, however streaming devices can struggle to manage all these channels, especially lower-end devices. We advice to keep track of your favorite and unwanted content.

Fix:

To request the removal of unwanted channels please contact us, provide your username along with the lost of countries that you like to watch like the USA, UK, Canada, Pakistan, etc.

Reason 5: Facing Buffering/Freezing on Specific Channels/Movies/Series.

Just in case you are facing the issue with any specific channels Movies, or TV-Series. Then this issue can be resolved by our team.

Fix:

If you are getting buffering with a specific channel, movie, or tv-series then you can contact us with the full name of the tv channel, movie or TV-series season and episode and we will do our best to fix it as soon as possible for your viewing pleasure.
